Sandy's sausage & beef blend is mixed with her spice recipe - salt, maple sugar, black pepper, Chile power, onion power, cumin, and basil. We created this mix as an easy starter for meatloaf, meatballs, chili, and patties. Use in place of ground beef for added flavor and texture.
